Has the Kardashian's bubble burst? Sisters' fashion Kollection slashed to as low as $9.99 at Sears - but no shoppers care

New photographs suggest that the Kardashian's saleability may be waning, especially in light of the Lamar Odom drug scandal.

Images obtained inside a Sears store in Los Angeles, California, show the sisters' heavily pushed fashion label 'Kardashian Kollection' slashed to prices as low as $9.99.

While the retailer was probably hoping the attractive markdowns would help shift stock, the 'KK' concession stand appears deathly quiet with rail upon rail crammed with clothing.

The Kardashians launched their affordable fashion brand in the U.S. in 2011 and have since rolled it out to stores in the UK and next on the list is Australia.

With no expense spared, they even got legendary photographer, Annie Leibovitz, who has captured the likes of Kate Moss and Michelle Obama, to shoot their ad campaigns.

While fans initially clamored to get their hands on the pieces of womenswear now it appears the hype has died down - that's if the images inside Sears are anything to go by.

The reality TV stars' mother and manager, Kris Jenner, reportedly feared the drug and cheating scandal engulfing the marriage of her daughter Khloe Kardashian and husband Lamar Odom would taint the family brand.

A source told RadarOnline in August, shortly after news of the family's problems his the press: 'Kris is seeing red.

'[She] fiercely protects the Kardashian brand name and empire and to now have it associated with a drug problem, to her, it’s unacceptable.'

While the Kardashian Kollection seems to have lost its pulling power at Sears, many loyal fans continue to support the brand, which includes jewellery, handbags and lingerie.

Anna Morfidis of Style Spies, writes: 'Is everyone still into the [Kardashian's] fashion as I am? I am ashamed to say it, but yes.

'I love to watch their silly show just so I can see who they are rocking, what patterns and trends they are mixing and best of all, what items from their line are they wearing!

'At least from me and my friends to check out the Kardashian clothing line. I have always been one to never spend a fortune on clothes, especially on trendy pieces that I know will be sitting on the bottom of my closet unwanted next season. So their collection is perfect!'

Bruno Schiavi, co-designer of Kardashian Kollection previously explained that it was his aim to fuse the women's varying styles.

'Kim’s Hollywood, Kourtney’s the bohemian and Khloé’s the rocker and we tried to blend them together.'

Sears did not respond to MailOnline's request for comment on sales of Kardashian Kollection.
